Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to process orders quickly while maintaining transparency and fairness.

  • Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests made after 1 hour or once the order has been processed/shipped will not be accepted.
  • Orders placed during sale periods or special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only for approved cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable charges, including:
    • Bank transaction charges
    • Payment gateway processing fees
These charges are non-refundable as they are levied by third-party service providers.

4. Refund Timeline

Initiation Period

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

Credit Period

The credited amount may reflect in the customer's account within an additional 3-7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:

Orders returned due to customer refusal or incorrect address
Returned shipments after dispatch
Refunds processed after deducting shipping, handling, and gateway charges

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed via:

  • Original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking)
Cash or alternate payment mode refunds are not supported.
