Exchange & Returns Policy
We prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. As our products are used for infant feeding and personal care, our policy is designed to protect both mothers and babies.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are intact
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of verified manufacturing defects.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or Altered Products
- Products that have been used, washed, or sterilized
- Breast pumps or accessories showing milk residue, water exposure, or physical damage
Consumable or Hygiene-Related Items
Silicone parts
Valves
Diaphragms
Tubes
Breast shields
Products Damaged Due To:
- Improper usage
- Accidental drops
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong model, color, or variant)
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage, after verification.
- The exchange will be processed only after inspection and approval by the Moms Sunshine technical team.
- Replacement will be for the same product model, subject to availability.
- If the same model is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered.
Exchange processing time: 7-14 business days
4. Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

6. Important Notes
- Moms Sunshine reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
- Decision of the Moms Sunshine quality and technical team will be final and binding.
- This policy is applicable only to purchases made through authorized Moms Sunshine sellers.
