7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us for assistance.

B. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Invoice/order details

8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
