Warranty Policy (Motor Unit)

We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality breastfeeding support products. This Warranty Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to the motor unit (pump hub) of Moms Sunshine breast pumps.

1. Warranty Coverage

1-Year Service Warranty

All Moms Sunshine motor units are covered from the date of purchase

  • Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by the Moms Sunshine technical team.
  • This warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
The product is designed for single-user use only. Sharing the product may void the warranty due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty includes:

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects in the motor unit / pump hub.

Service Options

Based on technical evaluation, Moms Sunshine may:

Repair the unit
Replace with equivalent new or refurbished unit
Any replacement unit will carry only the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Diagnostic findings and assessment details will be shared with the customer for transparency.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:

A. Product Damage / Misuse
  • Water damage or milk damage to the motor unit or pump
  • Damage caused by improper handling, including:
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
    • Accidental drops, falls, or impact damage after purchase
    • Improper storage or maintenance (exposure to extreme temperature, soaking, pressure, etc.)
B. Component Wear & Tear
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable or detachable components
  • Discoloration, fading, or material deterioration due to natural aging or regular use
C. External Factors
Power fluctuations or electrical surges
Fire, floods, or natural disasters
Incompatible or non-Moms Sunshine accessories
D. Documentation Issues

Warranty claims without:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Valid proof of purchase
E. Improper Usage
  • Product not used as per the instructions mentioned in the user manual
  • Use of the pump as a shared device

4. Service Timeline

Processing Time

Warranty inspection, repair, or replacement may take 7-14 business days, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moms Sunshine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of milk, inconvenience, or personal loss arising from product use.
